In today’s world our personal and business relationships are important and if you want to cultivate relationships you need to focus on fostering those relationships before you start any marketing.  

We are all so busy we sometimes do not follow up with our clients, customers or friends and family.  In today’s world our relationships with our clients and customers are what keep them from switching to another company.  We all have great intentions of sending them an email or note that it was nice to meet you or thanks for your business.  Many times we put it on our “to do” list for tomorrow or later in the week because we are busy today.  Tomorrow another emergency arises and we reschedule it for the next day and it keeps getting delayed until it is will seem like it is not the right thing to do.

If you do send your clients and customers a thank you is it on your standard company letter head.  Now you all know that they go into the special file under your desk.
